Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Cedar Point Digital is a trade name of M&M Tradeco Partnership (registered as M AND M TRADECO PARTNERSHIP).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cedar Point Digital ("Cedar Point", "we", "us") website at cedarpointdigital.com and the Cedar Point software (together, the "Service"). By accessing the site, requesting a demo, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
Cedar Point provides software for trades businesses — capturing leads, booking jobs, sending estimates, and getting paid. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any agreement between you and Cedar Point. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of any account credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Cedar Point Digital sends appointment and service notifications to people who book or request service through its own online intake/quote form. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive SMS/text messages from Cedar Point Digital about your service. This is a customer-care and transactional messaging program (Low-Volume, Mixed). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS program terms.
- What messages you may receive. Booking and appointment confirmations, technician "on the way" alerts, reschedule and window-changed notices, an acknowledgement when you text us or submit a request, a single follow-up on an open request, and one post-job Google review request. These are customer-care and transactional messages; the program contains no promotional blasts.
- How you opt in. Text messages are always opt-in. On our online intake/quote form, agreeing to text messages is a separate, optional step: you must check a dedicated, unchecked-by-default box consenting to receive SMS. Submitting the form by itself does not enroll you in text messages — the form states only that we may contact you about your request by phone or email — so you receive texts only if you check the SMS box. You may also opt in by texting us directly.
- Opt out — reply STOP. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will stop receiving text messages, and you may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help — reply HELP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@cedarpointdigital.com.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies by your service activity (for example, when you book, when a technician is dispatched, or when a job is completed).
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any message will be delivered on time or at all.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar Point will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at /terms.html. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
