Cedar Point Digital is a trade name of M&M Tradeco Partnership (registered as M AND M TRADECO PARTNERSHIP).

Cedar Point Digital ("Cedar Point", "we", "us") built this site to let trades businesses learn about and request a demo of our software. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the information you provide:

We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp) when you visit the site. These are used for security and uptime monitoring only.

Why we collect it

We use the demo request information for one purpose: to contact you about scheduling a demo of Cedar Point. We do not use it for marketing to unrelated parties, build advertising profiles, or sell or rent it to anyone.

Who we share it with

Demo request submissions are delivered to our team via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend receives your submission data solely to deliver the email to us; their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not share your information with any other third parties, and we do not sell your data.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text-message data are never shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information — including phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent — is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Data collected in the course of delivering text messages (for example, with our telephony provider Twilio) is used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.

Text messaging (SMS)

Cedar Point Digital sends appointment and service notifications to people who book or request service through its own online intake/quote form. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive SMS/text messages from Cedar Point Digital about your service. The program is a customer-care and transactional messaging program (Low-Volume, Mixed): booking and appointment confirmations, technician "on the way" alerts, reschedule and window-changed notices, an acknowledgement when you text us or submit a request, a single follow-up on an open request, and one post-job Google review request.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.

How long we keep it

We retain demo request information in our email inbox for as long as it is relevant to our sales and onboarding process. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at support@cedarpointdigital.com and we will respond promptly.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies. We use no cookie-based analytics tools on this site.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at /privacy.html.
